Shipping During Sales Events

At Rugs and Furniture Warehouse, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible — even during our busiest times.

Please note the following during major sales events (such as Click Frenzy, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas Sales), as well as the days immediately after these promotions:

  • Dispatch from our Sydney warehouse may take 2–3 business days due to increased order volumes.

  • In-stock orders placed after 5pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched within 3 business days.

Courier networks may also experience delays due to high parcel volumes, which could affect your delivery timeframe.

Free Delivery – Australia-Wide

We believe in keeping things simple — and that means no extra charges for shipping. The price you see at checkout is the final price. Shipping is free across Australia on all eligible items.*

Dispatch Times for In-Stock Orders:

  • Orders placed before 5pm (AEST), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 5pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched within 3 business days.

  • During public holidays, long weekends, or major sales events, dispatch times may extend to 2–3 business days.

  • Contactless delivery is in place. Our courier partners will leave your parcel in a safe place where appropriate – no signature required.
